Whose website is this

This website is operated by With Lukas BV, trading as Three Sixty One, with its registered office at Bloemhofstraat 7, 1650 Beersel, Belgium, and enterprise number BE 1026.044.323 ("Three Sixty One", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

We only collect what we need:

  • Contact details you share with us, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message when you email us or book a call.
  • Booking details when you schedule a call through Calendly, such as your name, email address, the program you are interested in and the time slot you choose.
  • Usage data, such as pages visited, time on page, device, browser and approximate location (country or city level), collected through analytics cookies only when you consent to them.
  • Technical data, such as your IP address and browser information, processed by our hosting and content delivery providers to serve the website securely.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Why we use the collected data

  • To reply to you and prepare proposals, based on your request and our legitimate interest in answering it (GDPR art. 6.1(b) and (f)).
  • To deliver our services when we work together, based on our agreement with you (art. 6.1(b)).
  • To understand and improve our website through analytics, based on your consent (art. 6.1(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
  • To keep the website secure and running, based on our legitimate interest (art. 6.1(f)).
  • To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules (art. 6.1(c)).

Who we share data with

We work with a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf and only according to our instructions:

  • Webflow (website hosting)
  • Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, only with your consent; Google Fonts)
  • Calendly (call booking)
  • Bunny.net (video delivery)
  • Our email and workspace providers (communication and project files)

We may also share data with our accountant or authorities where the law requires it.

Data transfers outside the EU

Some of our providers are based in, or have access from, the United States. Where that is the case, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to keep your data protected.

How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration: up to 2 years after our last contact.
  • Client data: for the duration of our collaboration and afterwards as long as required by law (for invoices, 7 years under Belgian law).
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time.

You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.

Security

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and two-factor authentication on the tools we use. Only the people who need your data to do their work have access to it.

We may update this policy when our website, services or the law change. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
